EMERGENCY SNOW REMOVAL

There shall be no parking on the streets names below from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on any day of the week where there has been an accumulation of two (2) inches or more of snow within a 24-hour period, to facilitate snow removal operations. Said streets shall be posted accordingly:

• On Prairie and Center Streets, from First Avenue to Pipestone Avenue
• On Crescent and Wind Streets, from First Avenue to Third Avenue
• On Third Avenue, from Wind Street to Crescent Street
• On Pipestone Avenue, from Industrial Road to Summit Street (Highway 13)
• On Second Avenue, from Center Street to Prairie Street
• On Wilson Street, from Third Avenue to First Avenue

In addition to penalties provided for by the general penalty provisions Title 13 - Traffic Code, violators' vehicles may be towed and the owner thereof shall be required to pay the reasonable charges therefor plus storage at a reasonable daily rate.
