MOODY COUNTY MUSEUM
The Moody County museum is located at 706 E. Pipestone Avenue, Flandreau.
Collections
The Museum proper has many displays, including the old Egan Post Office; a dental office; a country store display; a turn-of-the-century Lutheran minister's study; an old fire engine; a horse carriage; plus many old area and pioneer pictures. Active family files are available for genealogical research. Additional attractions are:
1880 Depot with agent's apartment upstairs.
Jones' Country School #60 - one-room school house with 113 years of operation
1871 Meeting House - first wood frame building in Moody County
